Hi Cat! thanks for the friend invite - yes - I found the first year to be really challenging, but really good stuff - it's all information that I am falling back on for these second year courses. It's tons of work, especially anatomy, but worth the work put into it! This year has been interesting so far - they have really raised the bar, and are expecting a lot - so it's not getting any easier... but in saying that, it's all very good and so relevant, which makes the work worth it. Let me know if I can help in any way! :-)
Hey Caterina. Welcome to Sacral Musings! I have heard great things about the prospects for osteopathy in New Zealand and know of some British graduates planning to move over! Do you have Sue Palfreyman teaching you?
It's alway great to meet someone from NZ. My ex is from down under so I have two older kids with Ozzie passports....it ain't Kiwi, I know but it is Down Under!!
I also had a very good friend from NZ who had the misfortune of being on the flight on Sept 11 that crashed into Pennsylvania....his name is Alan Beaven and he was a super bloke....he was one of the dudes who challenged the terroists as you can here his Kiwi accent clearly in the tapes.....God bless him!
