If anyone knows of a good way to learn how to draw the lumbosacral plexus, that would be great!

Me and my friend had a specific way to learn the lumbar plexus. We would say the name of the nerve and which level it exit at while doing press ups. As long as you are not done, you carry on doing press ups! :-) Its tiring but it oxygenates your brain and you remember better. I did find a pattern for this plexus which made it easier to remember. Something to do which overlaping of vertebral levels.

I'm not very helpful hein. Sorry and good luck ;-)
