when i came across an advert for "Pain Genie". It seems to promise miraculous pain relief from a multitude of causes.
Simple question.
Does this thing work?

I couldn't learn much about it from the site, but it's probably a device which bombards the c-fibre endplates with electronic microemissions until they blank out through overstimulation, i.e. treating the symptom, not the cause (as is ever the way). I think TENS does something similar, no?
