I have listened this radioulnar joint (proximal) is not able to shift anteriorly or posteriorly when it hasn't any dysfunction, only when it has a superior dysfunction. Most of bibliography says that the head of radio goes to posterior at the end of pronation and viceversa. In fact, it is a confusion by the shape of the head, because it is a little  elliptical.

Anybody can comment about this?
