I've made a few changes to the layout of the site, particularly the forums. The purpose of these changes is to make it easier to find popular discussions.

• Discussions have been moved higher up on the homepage. The Latest Activity feed is now below this.
• These discussions are now sorted by most recent replies instead of newest discussion topics
• The forum button has been renamed Talk Osteopathy

A few existing features I would like to bring people's attention to on the Talk Osteopathy page (see screenshot).

• You can click my discussions to find discussions you have started and replied to
• You can use the search box to find something you are interested in (improvements coming to this)
• You can sort the discussion view by Categories (default) or change it to Discussions
